How to send a transfer?

In order to send a transfer, after logging in to the EasySend customer panel, the first step is: enter the recipient's details. If you don't have any recipients on your list yet, that's enough click "add new recipient". In the next step, the system will ask you to indicate the type and direction transfer and its value. In this step, you must enter the transfer amount in the input currency or exit and select one of the transfer modes available for your selected direction. Then, pay for the order by bank transfer to the number indicated by the system bank account, using a payment card or quick online payment.

How to add a recipient and what recipient data do I need to complete?

After entering the "recipients" tab or clicking the "order a transfer" option, the system will redirect you to your recipient lists. To add a new one, simply select the "add recipient" option, complete the name and address name, recipient's country, currency and select the default purpose of the transfer. Which recipient's details we need, vary depending on the type of transfer you choose.
  • Transfers with cash pickup (cash pickup at the post office in Poland, cash pickup in others countries). When sending a cash pickup transfer, please provide the recipient's name and surname and a mobile phone number to which a code authorizing collection will be sent cash.
  • Transfers to a bank account. When sending a transfer to your account, simply complete your name and address recipient's name or company name and account number in the appropriate format (depending on depending on the selected currency and recipient's country, the system will ask you to enter the account details in national format or IBAN format). For example, for accounts kept in Great Britain in GBP currency, enter the account number in the format: 6 digits sort code and 8 digits account number. For accounts kept in PLN: enter only 26 digits of the account number, for other currencies and directions, the account number must be completed in IBAN format.
  • Transfers to card. When sending a transfer to a card, simply complete your name and surname recipient's card number.
  • How do cash pickup transfers work?

  • Cash collection at the post office in Poland - after we approve the transfer, to the specified address an SMS with a unique code will be sent to the recipient's mobile phone number giro transaction and easysend number – 99999999. The recipient can go to any branch of the Polish Post Office and after presenting an ID document and providing the giro code, it will be there could withdraw the funds. Maximum amount of a single transfer order with collection in cash is PLN 20,000.00.
  • Cash pickup in other countries - after we approve the transfer, to the provided number mobile phone, an SMS will be sent with a unique transaction code (intelexpress system). After presenting an identity document and providing the transaction code, the recipient will could withdraw funds at any collection point of the Intelexpress network. daily limit transfers are equivalent to USD 5,600.
  • How long will it take for the recipient to receive the funds?

  • Transfers with cash pickup (cash pickup at the post office in Poland, cash pickup in others countries). For cash pickup, delivery time is up to 10 minutes. On the first transfer additional verification may be needed to maintain security transactions and compliance with applicable regulations, which may slightly extend this time.
  • Transfers to a bank account, the transfer processing time depends on the selected direction and currency and will be provided when entering the transfer. Depending on what you choose type of transfer can be completed within 10 minutes to 1-3 business days. When making your first transfer, you may need additional verification for your purpose maintain transaction security and compliance with applicable regulations, which may slightly extend this time.
  • Transfers to a card Transfers to a card are delivered to the recipient within 10 minutes a maximum of one business day.
  • What happens if I place a transfer order online but do not send funds to complete the order?

    Your order is active for 24 hours (see exceptions below). This means that the exchange rate will be reserved for you for this period. If within this time there are no funds to complete the order will be credited to our account, your transfer may be canceled.     The delivery time of your transfer to our bank account depends on the country from which it is sent you send funds and from the transfer execution time specified in your bank. It's best to check on the website of the bank from which the funds are sent.

    What accounts/currencies can I transfer money to?

  • Transfers with cash pickup (cash pickup at the post office in Poland, cash pickup in others countries) - Cash collection in Poland at Polish Post offices is only possible in currency PLN. Cash pickup in Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia and Uzbekistan is possible in two currencies: USD or EUR.
  • Transfers to bank accounts - Depending on the country of origin, we make transfers to accounts conducted in three currencies (PLN, GBP, EUR). We make international transfers in: the same currency, e.g. GBP-GBP, EUR-EUR if they are ordered in two different ones countries. We do not make domestic transfers in the same currency, e.g. PLN-PLN in Poland. On At the client's request, we can perform unusual transactions, in directions or currencies not listed above - possible only after telephone contact with our customer service office. During contact, individual conditions will be agreed for a selected order.
  • Transfers to card - Transfers to card are made to debit and credit cards Mastercard and Visa in UAH to Ukraine. Transfers can only be made to individual cards.
  • Where can I find information about the current currency exchange rate?

    The current exchange rate can be checked at any time on our website. The transfer is made according to the exchange rate specified in the transfer order, which is valid for 24 hours hours.

    After ordering the transfer, I receive an SMS/e-mail with a request to contact me, what is happening with my transfer?

    In order to ensure the security of our services, some of the transactions are additionally verified by us. To perform a short verification, please contact customer service by phone or leaving your current telephone number in your profile where we will contact you. Until the necessary verification will not be carried out, the transfer will be suspended.

    Can I check the progress of my transfer?

    Yes. the "transfer history" tab shows all transfer orders you have made. The "completed" status means that the transfer has already been sent to the bank and is waiting for posting by the recipient's bank, or (in the case of cash pickup transfers) the funds are already ready for collection and the pickup code has been sent to the provided telephone number. The "pending" status means that the order has been entered by you and is waiting for payment. If you have paid for the order correctly and its status is still pending, this may mean that the transfer requires verification or additional documents are required. The status "in progress" means that the order has been correctly paid by you and is waiting for execution. It will be sent to the recipient soon. The "rejected" status applies to orders that have not been paid within 24 hours of entering the order or have been deleted due to lack of verification or return of the transfer from the recipient.

    What is a SuperFast transfer?

    SuperFast transfer is an express transfer available on business days from 07.00 to 17.00 GMT, available for transfers sent to PLN accounts in Poland and to GBP accounts in Great Britain. A SuperFast transfer is delivered to the recipient's account in up to 10 minutes. The transfer delivery time may vary depending on the selected recipient's bank in Poland.

    I ordered a Fast transfer, when will the funds reach the recipient?

    If the transfer has been ordered and the funds to pay for it reach our account before 23:59 Polish time, the transfer will be delivered to the recipient on the next business day. A transfer ordered to an account in a currency other than GBP or PLN will be delivered to the recipient within 2-3 business days (depending on the selected country and currency).

    My transfer status is "approved", but the recipient has not received the funds yet, why?

    The transfer status "approved" means that the transfer has been sent by us and forwarded to the bank for processing. This means that posting the transfer is the responsibility of the recipient's bank and may depend on the posting session. You can check the posting hours in the regulations of the recipient's bank.

    Can I receive confirmation of the transfer made?

    Yes, after each completed transfer, ordered online or through an agency point, confirmation is generated automatically. You will receive them at the e-mail address provided in your profile. Additionally, they can be generated from the "transfer history" tab. It is also possible to provide a list of completed transfers for the indicated period after contacting the customer service office.

    I can't withdraw cash, why?

  • Cash collection at the post office in Poland - in order to collect cash, the data provided in point must match those indicated in the transfer order. Check the correctness of the data: name and surname, transaction code, company number. If all data are correct, but the error still occurs problem with cash collection - contact our customer service.
  • Cash collection in other countries - in order to collect cash, you must identify yourself at the cash collection point, and the data provided must match those indicated in the transfer order.     How can I pay for the transfer?

    There are different payment methods for your transfer: payment by card (debit or credit), payment by quick online payment and payment by bank transfer. If you pay by card, simply enter your card details and the funds will be charged automatically. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, you must personally transfer the required funds to our bank account using online banking. The appropriate payment account will be provided after entering the order. Remember to enter the customer number or transaction number in the title, which will allow you to identify the payment, otherwise the transfer processing time may be longer.
